imgmoa is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which tool (e.g. HEIC to JPG, Remove Background) and what went wrong, including any message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone). For the AI tools, also whether the page said it was using GPU acceleration.
- The photo’s format, resolution and size. Please do not attach the photo itself. The tools never send your photos anywhere, and there is no need to email them either.
Also welcome
- An image format or camera RAW model that will not convert
- Photos where background removal or OCR did badly (fine hair, handwriting)
- Wrong facts on a page, or awkward English or Spanish wording
